follow url My caseworker introduced me to the SPOT. I learned how to get a job and relax once in a while. My friendships at the SPOT are great! I met new friends that are fun and supportive. I learned new things about them. The SPOT has taught me job and life skills. I would suggest the SPOT to others who are in need of support and who wants to better their life.

buy Lyrica mexico I was introduced to the SPOT by my DMH worker. I was interested in attending the cooking and DBT/Awareness groups. I was looking for people interested in the same as me like art classes and making a bond. At first, the staff stood out to me more than the other young adults but then I eventually warmed up and loved my surroundings. Being a member of the SPOT helped me to be focused and create a resume. I met a lot of people that I will miss when I leave the SPOT. I would suggest the SPOT to others because it's somewhere you'll love to come. Once you attend the SPOT, you become a family. The SPOT has helped me come out of my shell and become a better person.

I joined the SPOT because I was supposed to join anything that involved me in the community. When joining the SPOT, I wanted to get different resources and coping skills to use in the community. I gained great friendships and met awesome staff that helped me realize what I needed to work on as an individual to better my relationships with others. I would suggest the SPOT to others because the SPOT teaches young adults living with a mental illness the skills on how to interact in the community.
